Sakura Fubuki

Spring is here!
And in Japan this means Sakura season,
when in the space of a week or two the beloved cherry blossoms reach full bloom and fall to the ground in showers of delicate pink snowflakes known as Sakurafubuki.
Occupying a special place in Japanese culture this fleeting phenomenon symbolises life’s impermanence and continued renewal.
